I have always been interested in how people can work together better and how the leader creates new results over time with different techniques. I have worked with leaders in a variety of fields, from traditional industry, service, and mission-based cultural organizations.
I am passionately looking for ways in which different organizational cultures and nationalities achieve better results and are more satisfied with life, not by emphasizing differences but by seeking common ground.

Redensification, innovative urban planning and better public space ensure resilient people and communities. It is time for a change - change initiatives in urban planning, examples from Lower Saxony, national space standards and planning laws are outdated. More collaboration, not competition. Working together across disciplines ensures greater impact, diversity and better results.
